White label development for agencies
Your name.
Our code.
We design, build and keep online websites, ecommerce, web apps and apps for the agencies that sign them. You in front of the client, us inside your team.
- 70%
- of our projects are white label
- 200+
- sites we look after, many on behalf of agencies
- 2 people
- who design and write the code
- NDA
- on request, even before the brief
We work under your name.
Never in your place.
Part of your team, without hiring. We talk to your PM and agree on timelines project by project.
You
- The client relationship
- Creative direction and design
- The quote and final price
- The name on the project
Us
- Development and integrations
- Servers, deploys and performance
- Testing and launch
- Maintenance, after launch too
The client stays yours
We never contact them or pitch them anything. Not during, not after.
Confidentiality
NDA on request. Our name only appears if we agree on it.
Direct line
You talk to the people who design and write the code, not to a salesperson.
Flexible invoicing
To the agency or to the end client, as agreed.
From the Figma file
to the live project.
We pick up the work wherever you need: from scratch, from your design or halfway through.
- 01
Websites and ecommerce from your design.
Your team designs, we build it true to the file. Custom themes, shops with large catalogues, integrations with ERPs and payments. With an admin the client can actually use.
- 02
Web apps, internal tools and apps.
Client portals, dashboards, configurators, iOS and Android apps. The projects agencies don’t get every day, and shouldn’t turn down.
- 03
Maintenance and performance.
Updates, backups, security and servers for your clients’ sites, including ones built by others. And slow sites get back in shape.
We never publish white label work: it carries your name and stays yours. We’re happy to show examples on request ↗
From brief to launch.
No surprises.
Every step is shared with your PM.
The client only sees the result.
- 01
Brief and estimate.
We go through design, materials and constraints. You get an estimate with scope, timing and price, and we flag the tricky parts up front.
- 02
Built on staging.
We work on a test environment you can access. Staged releases, reviews with your team, no random changes on the live site.
- 03
Live. And we take it from there.
Launch, speed and accessibility checks, handover. If you like, we keep looking after the site afterwards.
Three ways
to work together.
Pick the one that fits how you work. You can switch along the way.
- 01
Per project.
You send the brief, we send a quote with scope, timing and price. For sites, shops and web apps with a start and an end.
- 02
Hours bundle.
Prepaid hours to use when you need them: changes, small developments, things that need fixing. No quote for every request.
- 03
Ongoing maintenance.
A yearly fee per site: hosting, updates, backups and support. You resell it under your name, we keep everything running.
What agencies
ask us first.
And if your question isn’t here, just write to us.
Do you ever contact the agency’s clients?
No. The client is yours and stays yours: we don’t contact them or offer them services, during the project or after. If we need to talk to them, say in a technical call, we only do it at your request and as part of your team.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, even before seeing the project. And our name only appears on the delivered site if we agree on it with you.
How does invoicing work?
As agreed: we invoice either the agency or the end client directly. We settle it at the start of each project.
Do you build from an existing design?
Yes, it’s the most common case. We start from your Figma file and build it faithfully, flagging early anything hard to build or hard for the client to manage. If needed, we do the design too.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Shopware and PrestaShop for sites and ecommerce. Next.js for web apps and custom sites. Native iOS and Android apps. And Linux servers to run them.
Do you take over sites built by others?
Yes. We first review code, plugins and server, then tell you what needs fixing and what’s worth keeping. It often happens with slow sites or ones long overdue for updates.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the project: after the brief we send a quote with price and timing. For small, frequent jobs a pack of prepaid hours works best, starting from 50 hours.
Who do we talk to during the project?
The people working on it: no salespeople, no middlemen. Email and calls when needed, plus a client area for requests, documents and invoices.
Got a brief?
Let’s talk.
Send it even if it’s still a draft. You’ll hear back from the people who’ll work on it.
