UI and UX design

Clear interfaces.
Designed to be built.

We design interfaces for websites, web apps and apps in Figma: flows, prototypes and design systems. Whoever designs also builds, and that changes quite a lot.

  • Figma
What we do

From the problem
to the screen.

  1. 01

    Research and flows.

We start from who will use the product and what they need to do. A look at what exists, flows for the key actions and, if the budget allows, interviews with the people who’ll use it.

    • Analysis
    • User flows
  2. 02

    Wireframes and prototypes.

Low-fidelity screens to settle the structure, then clickable Figma prototypes to try before building.

  3. 03

    Interfaces.

The design itself: typography, colours, components, error and loading states, phone versions.

    • UI
    • Responsive
    • Accessibility
  4. 04

    Design systems.

Figma components and variables aligned with the code, so the product stays consistent as it grows.

Figma
Design and development together

Whoever designs
knows how it will be built.

Usually

  • The design is handed to another team
  • Details get lost in the handover
  • Beautiful screens that are hard to build
  • Error and loading states forgotten

With us

  • The same people, from Figma to code
  • Components designed with development in mind
  • Technical constraints considered while designing
  • Every state of the screen designed
How we work

Understand first.
Then design.

  1. 01

    Understand.

Goals, users and constraints. What should happen when someone opens the product?

  2. 02

    Structure.

Flows and wireframes: we decide what goes where before talking about colours.

  3. 03

    Design.

The full interface for desktop and mobile, built with the design system components.

  4. 04

    Test.

A clickable prototype and reviews with you. If the budget allows, we also test it with a few real users. Then we build.

FAQ

About UI and UX design,
what people ask us.

What do UI and UX design mean?

UX is how a product works: what users find, in what order, how easy it is to do what they need. UI is how it looks: typography, colours, components. We design them together, because one doesn’t hold up without the other.

Do you do design only, without development?

Yes. We hand over the Figma file with components, styles and prototype, ready for your team or another supplier. If you then want us to build it, we start with a head start.

Do you work in Figma?

Yes, all our design work happens in Figma: shared files, comments, prototypes and components. If you already have a library or a design system, we start from there.

Can you redesign the interface of existing software?

Yes. We start from how it’s used today, gather the most frequent problems and redesign the screens that matter most first. It can be done in stages, without stopping everything.

How much does interface design cost?

It depends mainly on the number of screens and whether you need a full design system. After a chat we send you a written quote with phases, timing and price.

How long does the design take?

It depends on how many screens and flows there are. The quote lists the phases with estimated timing: usually we start with the key flows and add the rest.

Will the design be accessible?

We take accessibility into account from the start: contrast, text sizes, tap targets, focus states. Fixing it afterwards costs a lot more.
