What we often get asked
about PrestaShop.

Should I upgrade PrestaShop 1.7 or move to another platform?

It depends on how customised the shop is and where you want to go. Upgrading often costs less than migrating; sometimes it’s the right moment to switch. After an analysis we give you both estimates.

How long does a PrestaShop upgrade take?

It depends on the number of modules and customisations. We review the shop first, then give you precise timing and a quote.

Can you modify a PrestaShop module I bought?

Yes, when the licence allows it. Often, though, it’s better to extend it with a module of our own, so updates from the original developer don’t wipe the changes.

Why is my PrestaShop store slow?

Usually heavy modules, caching not configured, a bloated database or an unsuitable server. We analyse the most visited pages and work where it matters most.

Do you support PrestaShop stores built by others?

Yes. We start by reviewing code, modules and server to understand how the shop is built, then work through an hours bundle or a maintenance plan.

Do you look after PrestaShop stores outside Padua too?

Yes. We’re in Padua and work with companies in Veneto and all over Italy: meetings happen on calls, and you try updates on a copy of the store before they go live.
