WooCommerce development
The shop inside your site.
Without weighing it down.
We build custom WooCommerce stores: theme, plugins and integrations with your ERP and couriers, inside the same WordPress you use for content. For anyone who wants site and shop in one admin, and a store that stays fast as the catalogue grows.

From catalogue
to shipped order.
- 01
Custom shops.
A WordPress theme designed in Figma and written for your catalogue: categories, filters, product pages and cart built around your products, not the demo ones.
- 02
Dedicated plugins.
Volume discounts, reseller price lists, configurable products: when a marketplace plugin falls short, or you’d need five of them, we write what’s missing using WooCommerce hooks.
- 03
ERP, couriers and payments.
We connect WooCommerce to your ERP for products, stock and orders, to couriers for shipping labels, and to the payment methods your customers actually use.
- 04
Fixing slow shops.
Lots of products, lots of plugins and years of orders slow a shop down. We measure where the time goes, across database, plugins and server, and fix it there.
- 05
Migrations to WooCommerce.
From PrestaShop, Magento or an old shop: we move products, customers and orders, and redirect the old URLs so you keep your rankings.
What we work with
Flexible.
If someone looks after it.
WooCommerce is free and bends to almost anything, but it runs on a server and on plugins that need looking after. Better to know that before you pick it.
It makes sense if
- You already have a WordPress site, or want content and shop together
- You want your own code and data, with no fees on sales
- You need custom rules for prices or products
- Someone will look after updates and hosting, or you’ll leave it to us
Consider something else if
- You don’t want to think about servers: look at Shopify
- You have a huge catalogue and complex B2B pricing: look at Magento or Shopware
- You want a shop-only platform with lots of ready modules: look at PrestaShop
- Nobody will look after plugins and updates
Your code
Theme and plugins stay yours.
Staging
Updates tested on a copy first.
After launch
Maintenance with a yearly plan or hours bundle.
What starts to weigh
after a year of orders.
- 01
Few plugins.
Every plugin is code to update. We keep the ones you need, picked among well-maintained ones, and write the rest.
- 02
Orders and database.
High-performance order storage (HPOS), clean tables and fast searches even with years of history.
- 03
Checkout.
Fewer fields, the payment methods your customers use, clear order emails. It’s the page where a sale is closed or lost.
What we often get asked
about WooCommerce.
How much does a WooCommerce store cost?
It depends on the project’s specs: number of products and variants, design, plugins to write and systems to connect. After a first chat we send you a written quote with scope, timing and price.
WooCommerce or Shopify?
It depends on who will run the shop and how much it needs to be customised. Shopify takes servers and updates off your hands in exchange for a monthly fee and stricter rules; WooCommerce leaves you code and data, but needs looking after. If you already have a WordPress site, WooCommerce is often the natural path.
Can I add WooCommerce to my WordPress site?
Yes, in most cases. We first check theme, plugins and hosting: if they can carry a shop we add it to the site you have, if not we tell you what to fix first.
Why is my WooCommerce store slow?
Usually too many plugins, a multipurpose theme, a database that has grown for years or hosting meant for brochure sites. We measure the pages that matter, meaning category, product, cart and checkout, and work where it weighs most.
Can WooCommerce connect to my ERP?
Yes. Many ERPs already have a connector plugin; when that isn’t enough we use the WooCommerce REST API or a scheduled file exchange to sync products, stock, prices and orders.
Who updates WooCommerce after launch?
You manage products, orders and promotions from the admin. WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin updates can be on us, tested on staging first: it’s all on the WordPress maintenance page.
